The Wealth Management Business Process Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting with analysis, in-depth testing, implementing, documentation, and deployment of software and procedures which require complex technical and systems knowledge and apply testing for complex projects.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Building logic to evaluate data, enforce policies and trigger actions will be essential.
  • You will use workflow software, Visio, Excel, HTML, SQL, CSS, and JSON to complete large projects and daily tasks.
  • You’ll partner with your team to divide and troubleshoot any end user issues on a daily basis.
  • You will provide complex business process modeling by analyzing current processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • You will work closely with the business lines to identify, analyze, and implement core business process and workflows to ensure accuracy and garner approval.
  • You will meet with different groups weekly to discuss improvements, enhancements, additions to current processes that come out of compliance/audit or users having issues.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science and 2 - 5 years related experience or 5 - 7 years of work related experience, which includes business application support and project understanding.
