As a Wealth Manager, your mission will be to:

  • Build long-term relationships with High Net Worth individuals.

  • Offer professional investment guidance.

  • Ensure an exceptional client experience.

  • Support business growth.

  • Brief the Private Bankers team about financial market developments.

  • Consult other Private Banking customers in complex cases.

  • Represent Private Banking as an investment expert at customer seminars and events.

How You Will Make an Impact

By Building and Maintaining Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with Private Banking clients.

  • Take on the role of Investment Coach for the Private Banking segment.

By Supporting Investment Product Sales and Client Relations

  • Attract new clients.

  • Consult clients on investment, savings, and other banking products.

  • Provide information about financial instruments and investment services.

  • Identify client needs and expectations.

  • Handle non-standard situations and provide individualized banking solutions.

  • Participate in educational and social events for clients.

By Supporting the Organization

  • Be prepared to represent the bank outside the organization when needed.

  • Consult the Private Banking team on investments and financial market developments.

  • Comply with all internal and external regulations regarding investment and ancillary services.

  • Continuously develop professionally, including maintaining mandatory licenses.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Required Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience in financial markets.

  • Excellent understanding of investment services and products.

  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with business areas, partners, and suppliers.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong result and customer orientation.

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.

  • High energy level and positive attitude.

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to best practices.

  • Ability to act objectively and independently, avoiding conflicts of interest.

Qualifications

  • BFAA Investment Advisor (IA) License.

  • Higher education (preferred specialization in Finance, Economics or Business Administration).

  • Fluent English and Latvian, both written and spoken, due to working at a Pan-Baltic level.

Note: This role involves meeting clients on-site in Riga. You are expected to work predominantly from the office while following a hybrid work model.
