Independent, multi-billion-dollar AUM RIA in Rochester, New York is seeking a Lead Wealth Manager to serve as a trusted partner and primary relationship manager to a select group of the firm’s most complex clients. Succession planning opportunity.

• Serve as the Lead Wealth Manager for existing client relationships transitioning from firm managing partners (150M+ AUM) as part of ongoing succession planning.
• Advise clients and deliver comprehensive financial planning, advanced estate and tax planning, risk management, multi-generational business succession planning, and family governance
• Opportunity to participate in future firm growth by assuming responsibility for additional complex, high-net-worth client relationships, both existing and newly developed

Requirements

• 5+ years independently managing high-net-worth clients
• Advanced designations such as CFP, CPA, JD or CFA preferred
