
The candidate will join the Wealth Management Products & Solutions team, concentrating on supporting the trading and investment implementation of the firm’s Donor Advised Fund (DAF) program and its donors. The role involves contributing to the strategy, design, and integration of new DAF product launches and features, with a particular emphasis on optimizing the investment process and trading execution for donors. The ideal candidate is a structured, highly-organized individual with a comprehensive project management approach, capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment, possessing superior analytical skills, and being an effective communicator.
The candidate will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of investment strategies and trading operations, working with cross-functional and cross-LOB teams, and providing thought leadership in these areas.
Candidates should have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities in both written and oral forms, and experience in strategy initiatives across teams and partners. A passion for digital and financial services, particularly in trading and investment management, is essential. Successful candidates will be expected to quickly adapt and contribute effectively to a dynamic agenda.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics
7+ years of experience in financial services or strategy consulting, preferably within wealth management or donor advised fund product space
3-5 years of experience in trading, wealth management, or a related financial services role.
Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
Additional certifications such as CFA or CFP are advantageous.
