Wealth Management Associate (Permanent Full-time)

Location: Peterborough, Ontario (Hybrid)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: $960.50 - $1,299.50 per week (plus pension and applicable benefits)

As a Wealth Management Associate, you will:

• Act as an expert in the area of mutual funds including administration, processes, compliance, policies, and procedures
• Audit mutual fund related transfer-out paperwork and forward for processing
• Provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team
• Monitor and reconcile Credential Asset Manager *CAM) trust account
• Assist Senior Manager, Wealth Management with supporting compliance requirements
• Generate reports from the mutual funds system
• Assist in building relations with internal and external referral resources to the Financial Planners
• Perform other duties within the department as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Post-secondary education with emphasis in financial services or investment management would be an asset
• Two years experience working in a related job
• Prior experience working in a financial institution would be an asset
• Expert knowledge on mutual fund product offerings, administration and risk management policies and procedures
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent administrative skills with song attention to detail and accuracy
