Salary Range: $55,588-$102,474

Salary range updated 4/10/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Principal Objective

Clarendon Private’s Analyst position is designed for highly motivated students or early-career professionals seeking to build a career in wealth management and investment solutions. The analyst role combines client relationship skills, technical investment expertise, and operational support in a fast-paced environment, offering strong growth potential within the firm.

Key Accountabilities

  • Gain exposure to the full scope of wealth management, including investments, private banking, and trust & estate planning
  • Support wealth advisors by preparing pitch books, meeting materials, and customized financial strategies
  • Manage client inquiries, follow up on communications, and prepare presentations
  • Coordinates meetings and events, books room/facility, sends notices, manages attendance, provides follow-up
  • Log client, prospect and external interactions using customer relationship management tools
  • Collaborate with bankers and lenders, branch managers, and centers of influence to promote Clarendon Private and attract new clients and serve existing ones
  • Work with investment specialists to research, analyze, and develop global investment strategies for clients
  • Assist in constructing investment portfolios, conducting market research, and contributing to product development
  • Keep abreast of the latest events in the financial markets
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations and procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; strong academic record
  • Series 65 license required; Unlicensed candidates may be considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investing
  • Discretion and judgment when handling confidential client information
  • Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments
  • Must work well in a collaborative team environment
