What You’ll Be Doing:

This programme is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business, setting you up for success in a high-impact sales role. Over the course of the programme, you will:

• Actively navigate the business environment, learning our core systems, tools, and processes necessary to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Showcase your capacity to analyse situations and problem-solve under pressure to deliver tangible results that contribute directly to the organisation’s goals.
• Collaborate and partner with colleagues across the network to share insights, leverage internal resources, and support a cohesive business strategy.
• Prepare and learn to get your required licenses and professional qualifications, fully supported by the company, to enable you to operate legally and competently in a frontline sales capacity.

• Drive and Resilience: A proven track record of being driven and ambitious, possessing the drive and resilience needed to overcome setbacks and pursue goals relentlessly.
• Frontline Sales Passion: A strong passion and desire to do a frontline sales role, engaging directly with customers and driving revenue growth.

What We Need:

• We are looking for high-potential individuals who are ready to learn, lead, and deliver.
• A fresh graduate from any field or individuals with up to 3 years’ relevant industry experience
• Possess a strong leadership presence complemented by proven teamworking experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for engaging clients and internal partners.
• Must possess valid work authorization in Malaysia and be ready for employment in November 2026
• Must be able to complete 3 months training in KL HQ
