Job Content

  1. To perform operation process for all possible transaction types in HSBC TWN which includes but not limits to account services, operation support, account investigation, mutual fund subscription, SN, ETF, Secondary Bond, Onshore/Offshore Bond Transfer, switch, redemption, allotment, dividend allocation, distribution, Fund house operation coordination, Regulation official letter handling, Trust related taxation reporting, and quality management, audit confirmation process etc.
  2. To authorize transactions and customer's account maintenance, within limits to comply with BIM,MOF, and CBC FEX rules/regulations.
  3. To get familiar with different system, understanding objectives and to setting priorities to get jobs done efficiently and effectively.
  4. To ensure all maintenance/transactions are appropriately authorized and handled timely & accurately by providing with necessary training and advise to junior staff.
  5. To provide excellent customer services to customers/colleagues with professional, pleasant and delivered and performed efficiently and professionally.
  6. To clarify customer's requirement on each types of maintenance in investment products.
  7. To perform first checking on transactions and support documents to comply with BIM,MOF related regulations and verify vouchers under authorized limits.
  8. To update funds on/off the shelf, website fund data maintenance, NAV updates/short trade/share holder vote collection, fund express maintenance & corp. action handling.

Skills Requirements

  • University or above.
  • Sufficient foreign Exchange regulation knowledge and Trust regulations.
  • With professional banking knowledge.
  • Familiar with banking systems.
  • Project Management skill.
  • Familiar with investment procedures and banking system.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.

License/Qualification Requirement

  • Trust License-Level 4 and 3 are required.
  • Internal control license.
