Our award-winning client is seeking a Wealth Advisor to join their team. We are seeking an individual to assume the pivotal role of a primary relationship manager and investment professional, responsible for key client relationships. The primary focus is on fostering client loyalty, expanding wallet share, and generating client referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead investment and financial planning services for clients
  • Aim to retain and expand wallet share through existing clients or referrals
• Deliver exceptional service for an extraordinary client experience
  • Assist clients in achieving their long-term financial goals
• Collaborate with business development advisors in prospect meetings
  • Articulate investment and planning processes in sales presentations
• Coordinate and participate in client events focusing on specific wealth topics
• Develop and present client-focused advice solutions
• Execute client servicing standards through periodic meetings
  • Include financial planning analysis, investment recommendations, and portfolio reviews
• Manage client portfolios based on company models and target allocations
• Stay updated on clients' wealth management issues and needs
  • Anticipate unspoken needs
• Cultivate client relationships across generations
  • Emphasize familial connections and generational planning
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development support to associate roles
• Maintain comprehensive records in the customer relationship management system
• Refer business to other divisions at the client and company if applicable

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field.

• Series 7, 66, or 63/65 registration.

• CFP preferred; CFA or CPA also desirable.
