At RDI Trials, we’re building a different kind of CRO.
We work with diagnostic and IVD companies to run clinical studies that support FDA clearance. The work is complex, fast-moving, and very hands-on. We are growing quickly, which means we’re hiring across multiple areas of the business.
This is not a traditional, process-heavy environment.
We are a small team that moves fast and expects people to take real ownership. There’s no passing things along or waiting for direction. If something needs to get done, you step in and figure it out.
The pace is high. The expectations are high. But for the right person, it’s a place where you can learn quickly and have real impact.
We’re looking for people who:
This is a place for people who want to build, not just maintain.

RDI is a tech-enabled CRO, Biobank, and Lab that helps In Vitro Diagnostic manufacturers who struggle to get FDA clearance for their products by sourcing the blood samples they desperately need through physicians and labs.
Unlike many other CROs and bio-sample vendors, RDI is vertically integrated and can source, test, and send the finalized report to the FDA faster and more efficiently through its custom remote trial management software and its wholly owned clinical lab.
This vertical integration allows RDI to vastly simplify the clinical trial process while serving as a credible, unbiased and independent source for the FDA submission.
In 2021, RDI was recapitalized as part of an ongoing search-fund investment model, where a young entrepreneur acquires a small business from a retiring founder.
This investment transitioned RDI from a founder led business into a world-class diagnostic CRO with scientific experts and a CLIA lab that allow it to manage larger and more complex projects.
