Responsibilities Clear communication (verbal and written) with all levels of the organization – both internal & external (brand partners, external shipping partners, etc.)Collaboration with core operations to resolve product and/or process flow issuesSupport of brand initiated requests & activities (BIAs)Support core operations in general research through collaboration and partnership – including, wave research and carton/pallet researchSupport our inventory control measures and provide guidance to the operation for resolutionsCreate, maintain and disseminate documentation of processes (SOPs, process flow charts, best methods, etc.)
