宽体车（WBT）无人驾驶系统工程师

Position Summary

负责宽体车（WBT）无人驾驶系统的需求定义、系统集成、功能开发、测试验证及现场部署支持工作。

作为无人驾驶系统核心工程师，与车辆、软件、系统、产品和现场团队紧密合作，推动自动驾驶宽体车从概念开发到商业化落地，确保系统满足安全性、可靠性和生产效率要求。相关职责与WBT自动驾驶平台、ODD定义、系统集成和现场部署工作一致。

Key Responsibilities

1. 系统需求与方案开发

• 基于客户应用场景及ODD， 生成autonomous 卡车的细节需求
• 参与无人驾驶宽体车系统需求定义和架构设计
• 定义自动驾驶车辆功能需求和性能指标

1. Base Machine与线控化开发

• 定义Base Machine自动驾驶改造需求
• 支持车辆线控化（DBW）系统开发与集成
• 协调转向、制动、动力及液压系统接口开发
• 推动车辆满足Autonomy Ready要求

1. 无人系统软硬件集成

• 负责无人驾驶系统软硬件集成与验证
• 集成感知、定位、规划、控制等核心模块
• 支持车载系统、远程控制系统及后台平台联调
• 解决系统集成过程中的技术问题

1. 系统验证与现场部署

• 支持实验室、测试场及客户现场验证
• 开展功能、性能及可靠性测试
• 支持Site Readiness评估及项目部署
• 参与客户验收和问题闭环

1. 平台与网络集成

• 支持车辆与调度、车队管理及后台平台系统集成
• 支持RTK、LTE/5G、V2X等网络系统集成与测试
• 确保车辆与平台实现稳定数据交互

1. 产品生命周期管理

• 负责无人驾驶车辆BOM与配置管理
• 支持产品变更管理和版本发布
• 支持已部署无人驾驶车辆持续优化和后续产品升级

Required Qualifications

Education

本科及以上学历，专业包括：自动化； 车辆工程；电气工程；机械工程；控制工程；机器人

Experience

• 5年以上相关工作经验
• 具备以下一个或多个领域经验：

自动驾驶系统；工程机械；智能矿山；无人矿卡；系统集成

Technical Skills

熟悉以下领域中的多个方向：

• 系统工程与需求管理； 自动驾驶系统架构； 车辆电控及CAN网络；Drive-by-Wire（DBW）系统；软件与硬件集成测

Preferred Qualifications

• 无人驾驶系统，
• 宽体车或矿卡开发经验
• 良好的中英文沟通能力
