Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

As our Ways of Working Delivery Coach, you will work across Te Aukaha | Digital to strengthen delivery practices, improve visibility and help teams turn plans into outcomes.

We’re looking for an experienced delivery coach who can coach, mentor and facilitate teams and leaders to strengthen delivery practices, planning and performance. You’ll help teams select the right approach for their context, improve delivery visibility and embed a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will:

• Coach teams on planning, prioritisation, capacity and delivery flow
• Support Big Room Planning and continuous planning practices
• Improve delivery visibility through metrics, dashboards and Jira
• Facilitate planning and capability-building sessions
• Develop practical standards, playbooks and training resources
• Lead and support delivery Communities of Practice
• Help embed sustainable improvements across Digital.

You’re an experienced delivery coach who can build credibility, influence stakeholders and turn delivery concepts into practical improvements

Ideally you will bring:

• Experience coaching Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery
• Advanced coaching, facilitation and mentoring skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
• Experience improving delivery culture and capability
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, metrics and reporting
• Proven Jira experience, including workflows, boards and dashboards
• Experience supporting and embedding change
