
Waveform Analysis Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA

The Marlin Alliance is seeking a Waveform Analysis Coordinator to lead waveform analysis and assessment activities in support of a federal customer based in San Diego.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead development and quality assurance of waveform analysis reports, including adjudicating proposed changes and resolving peer review comments among team members
Serve as primary owner of the analysis schedule, ensuring deliverable timelines are met and quality standards are maintained
Identify and implement process improvements to the waveform analysis workflow
Coordinate closely with government leads on developing analysis report observations and impact level assignments
Apply technical knowledge of Software Defined Radio (SDR) architectures and waveform functions (including intranetworking, internetworking, network management, RF spectrum, cybersecurity, technology protection, and open system architecture) to support rigorous and complete analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in a relevant technical discipline within DoD or federal environments
Demonstrated knowledge of networking waveforms and network management solutions within DoD environments
Technical knowledge of waveform functions including intranetworking, internetworking, RF spectrum management, cybersecurity, technology protection, cyber-electromagnetic activities, portability, intellectual property data rights, and software code quality
Familiarity with Software Defined Radios, including interoperability, security, and affordability requirements from waveform design through final testing
Strong interpersonal and time management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate among diverse, technically strong stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
Active TS/SCI clearance required
U.S. citizenship required; no dual citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Source code and architecture-level knowledge of waveform systems
Familiarity with Software Defined Radios currently fielded within the DoD and how network management products interface with those systems
Prior experience supporting DoD waveform assessment, acquisition, or test and evaluation programs

Compensation $170,000 – $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
