Summary

  • Under general supervision, performs advanced administrative duties associated for the division of facilities management engineering/architectural area.
  • Creates and maintains filing system for all contract projects, fiscal records and financial reports for construction and water/wastewater projects.
  • Prepares logs and tracks all forms for submission to the state engineer's and DHEC offices, all contract change orders, pay applications, requisitions, invoices and other related documents.
  • Prepares and distributes all correspondence and maintains appointment calendar and schedule for architectural/engineering area.

State OF South Carolina Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and relevant program experience.

SCDC Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma and two (2) years' work experience in office administration.
  • A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
