Our Water Restoration Crew Leaders and Project Managers are responsible for managing multiple restoration technicians and/or multiple Crew Leaders removing water and providing dry out and clean-up services after a water event in a residential home or business. Pay Rate: Based on experience and skill set, with OT for all hours after 40 hours/week (avg 45-50 hours/wk consistently), On-Call and After Hours Bonus, Storm Bonus, and increases based on merit and obtaining company provided cleaning industry certifications.
Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm plus after-hours on-call rotation - approx every 4-6 weeks
