The Water Resources and Planning Manager leads the Water Resources and Planning Division, overseeing water resource planning, supply and demand forecasting, regulatory compliance, and regional water initiatives that support the City’s long-term water reliability and sustainability goals. This position provides strategic leadership, collaborates with regional agencies and stakeholders, and helps shape Pasadena’s future water supply strategies.
