Our Graduate Programme within Clean Water Services offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the teams that keep water flowing to around 7 million customers every day. Through a series of structured placements, you'll develop a broad understanding of how operational excellence, innovation and long-term planning come together to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable clean water services.
Across our Source to Tap system from water abstraction, treatment and treated water distribution networks to system optimisation, asset planning, drought resilience and major capital projects. For this role, you’ll need to have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.

Anglian Water supply water and water recycling services to more than six million domestic and business customers in the east of England and Hartlepool. Our services are at the heart of every single family and community in our region. We clean water to the highest standard, deliver it to millions of homes, and carefully manage it to ensure it never runs out.
We’re the largest water and water recycling company in England and Wales by geographic area. We’re also one of the driest regions in the country, with just 600 millimetres of rain each year, on average a third less than the rest of England. In fact some areas have a lower annual rainfall than Jerusalem. That’s why it’s vital that we look after the water that we’ve got.
