As a Water Network Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of South East Water’s drinking and recycled water networks. Working across a diverse portfolio of network assets, you’ll investigate and respond to water loss and leaks, coordinate operational responses, and support the delivery of essential services to our customers and community.
Operating within a 24/7 service environment, you'll be part of a rostered duty team providing emergency response, incident support and operational expertise to minimise service disruptions while protecting public health and the environment. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to diagnose complex network issues, coordinate repairs, monitor asset performance, and provide technical advice to a range of stakeholders.

This role is remunerated between $97,275 and $104,500 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.

As part of a team of engineers and technicians, central to this role are responsibilities for 24/7 safe operation to provide support and minimise disruption of services to customers and as well as ensuring that public health and the environment are not put at risk. This includes participation in a rostered after-hours duty team, emergency response, and incident support as required.
