Lead Water Mitigation Technician

Currently we have openings for a Water - Lead Technician. We are a rapidly growing, locally owned and operated, National Franchise, Water and Fire Restoration company, looking to expand our team and we have multiple spots to fill.

Typical schedule Monday-Friday day shift, 40+ hours per week. As an Emergency Restoration company, we provide service 24 hours a day- 7 days a week. The days and time for employee schedules fluctuate upon job needs. Must be willing to work a rotating on call, including nights & weekends.

People with experience may fall under a different pay tier DOE.

Production Lead Qualifications:

Effective oral and written communication and basic math skills

Experience in cleaning/restoration/construction

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have a valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record

Willingness to pre employment drug screen and

Minimum of 1 years’ experience with water/fire restoration

Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form

Familiarity with construction and being able to operate a wide range of equipment common to construction demo is a plus

Must be willing to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water, and wind damage

Must be willing to respond to service calls after-hours and during inclement weather on a rotating schedule

Requires a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record

Basic Roles and responsibilities:

-Follow instructions from the Production Manager or General Manager and perform tasks as instructed (based on specific job needs)

-Perform water extraction and pack-out contents

-Remove and dispose of any non-salvageable materials that are affected

-Perform light construction demo upon approval

-Must be able to work in confined, dirty and/or high spaces

-Set up drying equipment and monitor daily

-Perform hard surface cleaning

-Ensure paperwork is completed and properly filled out

-Learn and utilize drying program on an iPad-Support Team Members

-Learn and perform proper techniques to remediate mold, lead, and other hazardous materials
