Water Mitigation SpecialistManage water mitigation projects according to the IICRC Standard, while providing superior customer service. Additional responsibilities include mold remediation, biohazard remediation, fire and contents restoration. Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to assess and address each job with a customer-service focus
• Managing relationships with referral sources
• Recordkeeping on industry-specific apps, and accurate paperwork
• Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
• Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
• Closely following safety protocols

Qualifications:

• IICRC Certification in WRT & ASD
• Minimum 2 years water mitigation experience

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
