We’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team, ensure high-quality service, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from start to finish
  
  
• Manage, train, and schedule mitigation technicians and crew members
  
  
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards
  
  
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
  
  
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams
  
  
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
  
  
• Track job progress, documentation, and job profitability
  
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in water mitigation or restoration
  
  
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  
  
• IICRC WRT certification desired (ASD and other certifications a plus)
  
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  
  
• Valid driver’s license
  
  
• Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours when needed

We’re seeking a skilled Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team and ensure every job meets the highest standards in the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all aspects of water damage mitigation projects from initial call to completion
  
  
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of mitigation technicians
  
  
• Coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
  
  
• Maintain equipment inventory and job site readiness
  
  
• Ensure IICRC and SERVPRO processes and protocols are followed
  
  
• Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations
  
  
• Maintain accurate job documentation, ensure compliance, and manage job profitability
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in water mitigation or restoration services
  
  
• Management/supervisory experience preferred
  
  
• IICRC WRT certification preferred (ASD and other certs a plus)
  
  
• Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (DryBook, Xactimate, WorkCenter) preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  
• Willingness to be on-call and respond to after-hours emergencies

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
