About Our Client:
Our client is a titan in the construction industry, celebrated for taking on the world's most complex engineering projects. Their work in sustainable infrastructure and cutting-edge construction techniques, including trenchless technology, sets the standard for the industry.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Trenchless Technology Team Leader to head the trenchless pipe replacement operations for a key project. This critical role demands a leader with extensive hands-on experience in no-dig construction methods, capable of managing the technical challenges and crew associated with this specialised field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time, on-site leadership and supervision of the trenchless replacement crew and equipment.
• Plan and execute all trenchless replacement activities, ensuring strict adherence to technical and safety standards.
• Supervise and manage the on-site work team, providing direction and technical expertise.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of trenchless equipment.
• Ensure the quality of the installed pipeline and compliance with all project specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in water mains trenchless replacement
• Within the 8 years, 6 years must be hands-on site experience supervising work teams in trenchless replacement operations.
• Within the 8 years, 2 years must be specific experience with the relevant trenchless replacement technology (e.g., pipe bursting, directional drilling) to be used on this contract.
• A relevant degree or technical qualification is highly desirable.
