For over 16 years in DuPage County, Paul Davis Restoration has been the team people call for water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and commercial loss response. When disaster hits, we show up and execute.

We’re not looking for someone to manage a board.
We’re looking for someone to run mitigation.

We’re hiring a Water & Fire Mitigation Operations Manager to take full ownership of production. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job — for someone who knows how to run crews, write strong Xactimate scopes, move jobs fast, and protect quality and margins.

This role carries real responsibility and real expectations. If you’ve led from the field, built drying plans to IICRC standards, written and defended your own estimates, and held crews accountable — this is your opportunity to run it.

If you’re comfortable being measured on revenue, gross profit, cycle time, and performance — we should talk.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead residential & commercial water damage mitigation jobs
  • Build IICRC-compliant drying plans (WRT / ASD)
  • Write clean, defensible Xactimate estimates
  • Operate in Symbility, MICA, and carrier platforms
  • Manage insurance carrier SLAs
  • Control equipment usage & job profitability
  • Drive supplements and protect revenue
  • Lead technicians and raise performance standards
  • Partner with Reconstruction Project Managers
  • Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call coverage

You lead from the field — not from behind a desk.

Performance Expectations
Target mitigation production: $750K–$1M+ annually
We track:

  • Revenue & gross profit
  • Equipment utilization
  • Cycle time & documentation
  • Customer reviews
  • Team development

This role is for someone who wants to be measured, not managed.
We pay for performance — producers earn more.
Existing relationships with adjusters, agents, or referral partners are strongly valued.
Why Join Our Team

  • 16 years established in DuPage County
  • Strong brand and steady workflow
  • Base salary: $80K–$90K
  • Quarterly performance incentives tied directly to production and gross profit
  • Annual production bonus
  • Company vehicle provided
  • FAST Team and DocuSketch support in place

This role has clear upside. As mitigation production grows, compensation grows.
You’ll have the autonomy to build, scale, and strengthen the division — and be rewarded for doing it well.

We take pride in our work and don’t tolerate excuses.
Deliver what you promise.
Respect the individual.
Have pride in your work.
Keep learning and improving.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in water damage restoration / mitigation
  • IICRC WRT & ASD certified (required)
  • Strong in Xactimate estimating
  • Experience with insurance carriers & SLAs
  • Experience managing crews
  • Commercial and mold mitigation experience
  • Comfortable in 24/7 emergency service environment

This Role Is For You If:

  • You know how to control a drying job
  • You protect gross profit
  • You don’t tolerate excuses
  • You want to build something bigger

If you’re ready to lead, produce, and grow — apply today.
