The primary responsibility of the Director Water Europe & Africa is to build and lead a high-performing sales team, focused on driving world-class customer service and commercial excellence to achieve regional revenue and new business targets. This individual will own the regional P&L and drive the region's financial performance, ensuring consistent growth and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
The role will involve establishing and strengthening key client relationships, improving client satisfaction, and driving long-term client retention. Additionally, the Director Water will focus on building a proactive selling model, transforming the team into a commercially driven organization through capability development, new client acquisition, and innovative program activation.
