About the Role:Join Restoration 1 of Beaumont as a Water Damage Technician and be part of a dedicated team that helps restore homes and businesses after water damage disasters. Responsibilities:

• Assess water damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
• Utilize specialized equipment and techniques for restoration.
• Document and report on the progress of restoration projects.
• Communicate with clients to explain procedures and manage expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in water damage restoration or related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• On Call required
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
