Lead Water Damage Technician/ Crew Chief - Restore Lives and Homes! Seeking Lead Water Damage Technician/Crew Chief with IICRC Cert to lead our team and Make a Meaningful Impact! Compensation & Benefits:

Skills: Technical expertise in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. Proficiency in using equipment and applying best practices. Responsibilities: Project management, proactive team leader, quality assurance, client communication (including insurance adjusters), documentation, and continuous improvement. Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
