Restoration Supervisor (Lead Technician)
Pay: $22.00/hour + Overtime + On-Call Bonuses
The Mission: As a Restoration Supervisor, you are the face of SERVPRO on-site. You lead the crew and manage the "science" of the drying process while ensuring every detail is documented perfectly for the insurance company.
The Role: This is a working-lead position. You are expected to perform manual labor alongside your crew while managing the project, communicating with homeowners, and handling digital documentation.
