About the team
Our team is responsible for the authentication experience at eBay. We know that luxury buyers want the real deal and eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee provides peace of mind when shopping online, and we are looking for a Watchmaker to help deliver trusted experiences to our customers. We’re a fast-paced and agile workplace backed by a fun and encouraging environment that is passionate about helping our people learn and grow their careers faster than anywhere else.
At eBay, you will be responsible for the inspection and authentication of modern and vintage luxury watches. You'll work closely with your teammates and other operational departments throughout the day, ensuring eBay buyers receiving high quality, authentic products.
The ideal candidate will be a driven, organized, innovative thinker who is comfortable working across a variety of departments. The authentication operations team is essential to forging and maintaining lasting relationships with our millions of customers, serving as the primary contact between buyers and sellers.
