As a WFJ Retail Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting boutique operational excellence across the Middle East. Your thoughtful coordination and proactive mindset will help ensure seamless daily operations, empowering boutique teams to deliver the ultimate client experience. By anticipating challenges, orchestrating complex projects, and championing continuous improvement, while also diligently managing essential operational tasks, you will contribute to elevating every aspect of the retail journey. Your efforts will directly support the growth and performance of the Watches & Fine Jewellery business, reinforcing operational excellence and enabling ongoing success across the region.

Missions

Reporting to the Business Development & Operations Manager W&FJ, your main missions are :

Boutique Operations

  • Oversee and manage all boutique processes, ensuring strict compliance with Chanel’s internal policies and procedures.
  • Lead the deployment and effective use of retail tools and processes for both front and back-office teams, empowering team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools and process implementation, ensuring optimal usage in collaboration with boutique teams.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Retail teams to drive efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and play an active role in initiatives aimed at continuous operational improvement.

Projects & Boutique Opening

  • Coordinate and support the rollout of strategic retail projects (e.g., ACET, immersive screen, CHANEL & MOI, HERO), ensuring timely and effective implementation across all boutiques.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders within both boutique and office environments, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Learning team to ensure comprehensive training for all retail teams on new tools, systems, and projects.
  • Partner with After Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and address operational impacts for both projects and boutique openings.
  • Act as coordinator for new boutique openings, orchestrating logistics, documentation, and operational readiness in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all operational systems and tools are in place, and staff are fully trained prior to opening, supporting a smooth and successful launch.

Warehouse & Admin Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination regarding deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate ordering for all office teams, including Retail Partners’ orders, marketing materials, CRM and gifting items, uniforms, and After-Sales related orders, in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Serve as the key reference point for all matters related to orders and warehouse administration.

You manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while demonstrating a high sense of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Your experience is supported by a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred), and at least three years in retail operations, project coordination, or a similar role within a luxury or fashion environment.

Experience supporting boutique operations and large-scale retail projects is a strong advantage.

Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are considered a plus.
