Job Description

About the role:

Support the planning, forecasting, and stock management of Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) in Thailand by ensuring smooth merchandising operations and effective coordination with Retail, Business Development, and Regional teams, contributing to business performance and stock efficiency.

What impact you can create at CHANEL :

1. WFJ Business Performance

  • Monitor and analyze product performance and sales trends

  • Support preparation of weekly and monthly business reports

  • Track product launches and coordinate with cross-functions to ensure smooth execution

2. Product Assortment, Forecast & Stock Management

  • Support product assortment planning and monthly sales forecasts aligned with regional guidelines

  • Monitor stock level and highlight risks and opportunities (e.g. slow-moving, shortages)

  • Track key stock KPIs (forecast accuracy, stock coverage, sell-through)

  • Coordinate with Sales Administration and boutiques on order placement and tracking

  • Follow up on product and selling tools delivery to ensure timely availability

3. High-End Business Support

  • Support coordination with regional and local teams on high-end product needs

  • Assist in tracking stock movements, transfers, and requests

  • Follow up with after-sales service team on product quality issues

4. Partnership with Retail Team

  • Provide product analysis and insights to support retail decisions

  • Collect qualitative feedback from boutiques on product performance and client demand

  • Highlight merchandising gaps and support follow-up actions

5. Partnership with Finance Team

  • Support budget preparation and sales projection exercises

  • Contribute to business reporting and performance tracking tools

What you will bring :

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales analysis, or inventory management.

  • Proficient in Excel and business analysis tools (pivot tables, charts, reporting).

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Thai.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment.

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented.

  • *Comfortable to start with a 6-month contract first.
