Your daily role:

  • Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment system in compliance with NYSDEC SPDES permit requirements
  • Monitor pond levels, manage discharge, and follow spray field programs
  • Perform lab testing, process control, and microscopic analysis of bacteria
  • Maintain pumps, pipelines, and air systems; complete routine sampling and inspections
  • Execute preventative maintenance and manage parts inventory
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, GMPs, and quality protocols while supporting production operations
Your profile
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment while following all safety protocols
  • Work effectively in a team and communicate clearly across departments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to maintain and repair equipment
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work weekends/off-shifts; valid driver’s license required; wastewater experience preferred

Pay Range: $18 to $22
