As a Waste Logistics Advanced Specialist, you’ll ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste—including high-voltage battery scrap. You’ll coordinate daily operations with logistics service providers, manage contracts and KPIs, and support environmental audits.

What awaits you?

  • Oversee waste and scrap streams, ensuring compliance with Mexican environmental laws and corporate standards.
  • Manage segregation, labeling, storage, and documentation for hazardous materials.
  • Lead recycling initiatives and maintain traceability for battery scrap.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (LSPs, authorities).

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or any related field.
  • Preferred certifications: hazardous waste management, EHS/ISO 14001, dangerous goods handling/transport.
  • 3 o more years of experience in waste management or logistics (regulatory compliance a plus).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent business English.
