We are looking for motivated individuals willing to become Field Technicians within our operations team. As a Field Technician, you will become a part of the Teamsters Local Union 20.

Purpose

Assist with the treatment and disposal of waste and maintain operational areas within and surrounding the stabilization plant and landfill according to federal, state and local regulations.

Requirements

1. Physical requirements include:
   1. Have the ability to do repetitive heavy lifting, (75-100 lbs.), pulling, dragging, digging, etc.
   2. Be able to operate conveyors, crushers, vibrating screens, pumps, air pollution control equipment, off road trucks, vacuum trucks, hall trucks and forklift.
2. Unload waste into the stabilization plant or landfill after receiving approval.
3. Visually inspect waste loads during dump for non-conformance to waste acceptance conditions, report condition to the Operation’s Manager for his disposition.
4. Visually inspect waste loads after dumping to ensure the waste is completely removed from the truck. Report any material remaining inside the container to the Operation’s Manager for his disposition.
5. Sample incoming containerized loads and treated loads according to the Waste Analysis Plan and submit samples to the laboratory for acceptance analysis.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
