Job Description
We are seeking a Waste Cart Driver to join our team at ABM Industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving across the facility, both indoors and outdoors, using a cart to collect trash bins and recycled waste for proper disposal.
Shift: M-F 330p-12a

Responsibilites:
- Operate a company-provided cart to navigate the facility.
- Regularly collect trash bins and cardboard waste from designated locations across the facility.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations while driving and handling waste materials.
- Safely transport collected waste to designated disposal areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart and associated equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding waste collection schedules and any issues encountered during daily operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required:
- Ability to operate a cart safely and efficiently across various terrains.
- Physical ability to lift waste materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in waste management or similar field preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
