Job Description

Washington Rural Healthcare Quality, Compliance and Risk Leadership Opportunities

Rural Staffing Services partners with rural hospitals, clinics, public hospital districts, and community healthcare organizations throughout Washington to identify experienced leaders in quality, compliance, risk, patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory readiness.

This Is More Than a Compliance Role

In rural healthcare, quality, compliance, and risk leaders help protect patients, employees, and the long-term stability of the organization.

These professionals support safe care, strong systems, regulatory readiness, and a culture where concerns can be identified and addressed before they become larger problems.

The strongest leaders understand that quality and compliance are not simply about policies, audits, or survey preparation. They are about helping people do their best work, strengthening trust, improving outcomes, and making sure the organization can continue serving its community.

  • Relevant education, licensure, or certification based on the position

  • A practical, fair, and relationship-focused leadership style

Some opportunities may require or prefer credentials such as CPHQ, CHC, CHPC, CPPS, CIC, ARM, RN, or another quality, compliance, risk, privacy, safety, or clinical credential. Requirements will depend on the specific position.
