Rural Staffing Services partners with rural hospitals, clinics, public hospital districts, and community healthcare organizations throughout Washington to identify experienced leaders across clinical and ancillary services.

We are currently connecting with professionals who may be interested in active and upcoming sterile processing, surgical services, laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, and related department leadership opportunities across Washington

These opportunities may include leadership within Critical Access Hospitals, community hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, public hospital districts, outpatient centers, and integrated rural healthcare systems.
