Advanced Practice Opportunities Across Washington

Rural Staffing Services partners with rural hospitals, clinics, public hospital districts, community health centers, and healthcare organizations throughout Washington to identify experienced advanced practice providers who understand the importance of serving rural communities.

We are currently connecting with professionals interested in active and upcoming nurse practitioner, physician assistant, nurse midwife, and other advanced practice opportunities across Washington

These opportunities may include positions within Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers, public hospital districts, community hospitals, outpatient clinics, specialty practices, long-term care organizations, and integrated rural healthcare systems.

This Is More Than an APP Role

They may serve as primary care providers, support emergency and inpatient services, strengthen specialty programs, care for patients across the lifespan, and help communities maintain services that might otherwise be difficult to sustain.

What You Will Bring

Qualifications will vary by opportunity, but organizations may seek:

  Current nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or applicable advanced practice licensure
• 
  Eligibility for Washington licensure

  National certification in the relevant specialty

  Current DEA registration when required
