Fluoropolymer Resources LLC (FRL) is currently seeking a dedicated results driven Wash Line Technician, in our North Windham, CT Facility. FRL is the global leader in reprocessing of melt processable fluoropolymers, as well as the distribution of virgin fluoropolymer resin. The Wash Line Technician will be responsible for outlining the responsibilities of the operators as they run the prewash and final wash lines on a daily basis.. This position reports to the Production Manager and will have growth opportunities for a dedicated and results driven individual.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Feed supply materials into either line at a rate which allows for optimum cleaning.
· Ensure QC checks, as defined by the Production Supervisor, are being done
· Generate and submit daily production reports in a timely manner.
· Monitor process parameters as defined by the Engineering to ensure optimum line performance at all times
· Continuously monitor all pieces of equipment to ensure proper function.
· Report to the Production Supervisor, any potential mechanical problems that could create downtime.
· Transact materials into and out of jobs as material is consumed and produced.
· Report on job summary details at time of job closure
· Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
· Comply with safety rules and regulations on an everyday basis.
· Work in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Previous warehouse and forklift experience is desired.
· At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing plant is ideal.
· H.S. Diploma or GED preferred.
