Warranty Technician (Power Components)

The Opportunity

Join the Warranty Team supporting Power warranty and refurbishment operations. Work within a skilled technical group to ensure safe, high‑quality, and efficient repair and refurbishment of products. Grow technical capabilities and contribute to daily workflow success.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Perform warranty and refurbishment tasks.
  • Complete assigned repair work following established procedures.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to leads or engineering.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and other cross‑functional groups.
  • Ensure repairs meet all specifications and quality requirements.
  • Maintain 5S and cleanliness in warranty work areas.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Support team goals for safety, quality, delivery, and performance.

Your Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with Power Components assembly and operation.
  • Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs. safely.
