One of our clients is in the Automotive industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of Warranty Supervisor.

We are looking for an experienced Warranty Supervisor/Warranty Assistant for our Automotive Division dealing in Buses, Trucks, Vans, Ambulances, Spare parts and after-sales services.

OF ROLE
This position is responsible for carrying out all the warranty activities with close coordination of respective Branches.
The focus of this position is to lead the Customer Quality and Warranty team assuring Customer satisfaction regarding our products image.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consult with the manufacturer or the area Technical Coordinator for warranty claims in case of doubt.
Maintain cooperation with all Workshop Controllers / Warranty Coordinators the application of all the warranty regulations as offered & requested by the manufacturers and the formulation of proper warranty claims.
Verify and process credit notes made out by the manufacturer through dealership accountants / branches Warranty Coordinators.
Oversees the closing & completion of all warranty job orders in all branches.
Follow up warranty claims requests and credit notes with the manufacturer according to the greed period of time.
Ensure non-pending warranty claims or warranty job orders in branches.
Prepare workshops warranty status monthly reports to all service managers.
Advise workshops on current problem cases, requests for special repair or official service solutions and statements from the manufacturer.
Develop monthly report for the leadership team on warranty monies spent for the month and deliver a forecast for the remaining year based on current results.
Work to insure that we are developing a solid method to accrue for issues that must be accounted for in the Long Range Plan. Inform others of adverse quality trends that may impact the long-term success of the business.
Utilize analytical skill sets to implement root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective action during the program development.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Science/Commerce from any reputed institute.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering would be preferred.

Professional Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with any reputed automobile company at the same capacity.

Skills:
Excellent command over reading and writing of English language.
Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
Hard working, Punctual and honest.
Excellent Data interpretation and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of computer operation [ MS Office, Excel, Power Point etc]
Good Team player and able to work in multicultural organization.
