Analyze the warranty material returned to reduce warranty expenses, improve product quality, and enhance dealer aftersales processes. Additionally, be responsible for identifying warranty claims that may require further investigation, creating the corresponding audit case files, reviewing warranty audit results, and reconciling improvement opportunities with the dealer network.

1. Evaluate the dealer's appeals on charges caused by mistakes on the material returned.
2. Support to quality control towers to dispatch special parts to dealers.
3. Coordinate warranty and campaign activities with the Parts Depot Center.
4. Record retention of material scrapped.
Qualifications
Experience:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of minimum experience in this position or similar interacting with an aftersales dealer network:
Technical Knowledge:
· Related with automotive diagnostic tools and processes.
· English 70% (technical and common conversations).
· Excellent Spanish spelling and redaction.
· Knowledge on hazmat material handling like airbags, batteries 12V and lithium (high voltage).
· Excel advance level (dynamic tables and macros).
· Power Point intermediate for executive reports.
