Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Specialist 1 to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, assisting customers with warranty-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth warranty operations for our organization.

  • Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address warranty-related questions and concerns
  • Analyze warranty claims to determine validity and appropriate resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex warranty issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and customer interactions
  • Generate reports on warranty claim trends and patterns
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the warranty process
  • Stay up-to-date with warranty policies, product information, and industry standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or warranty processing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn warranty management systems quickly
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
  • Understanding of automotive or consumer electronics industries preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
