The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Warranty Service Clerk to join our growing organization. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with the Diesel Service Technicians on warranty guidelines and processing.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Diesel Service technicians and Central Warranty teams on all filings for the store.
• Review claims in warranty dashbord for location, if outside OE warranty guidelines.
• Resubmit denied or partial paid claims, partnering with central warranty
• Responsible for communicating with Service manager, and Central Warranty Team when/if any warranty concerns arise, or before they arise, relating to any warranty claim and/or dealer.
• Performs all other duties assigned and complies with all TLG established policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a service center or warranty position.
• Basic working knowledge of a medium and/or heavy-duty truck dealership is preferred.
• Demonstrates basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and other internet-based programs.
• Must be an effective communicator exhibiting tact, excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
