Job Description

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative support? Our team is looking for a Warranty Services Clerk to join our Fort Worth office! This role plays a vital part in supporting our Warranty Manager and department operations, focusing on contract accuracy, reporting, customer coordination, and lender communication.
What You’ll Do:

- Pull all contracts from email and files to process

- Prepare registers for billing

· Check all service products for accuracy for lenders and warranty

· Send all registers to accounting for payment

· Enter warranty and gap contracts into the system for payment

· Update spreadsheets after submission of products

· Scan all contracts to warranty files

· Work with F&I on reprints of contracts

· Work with warranty coordinator on warranty and cancellation issues

· Customer background reports and interviews with customers

· Work with agents and or managers on customer background checks and any issues

· Back-up receptionist on overflow calls from front desk

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience

· Proficient with Word and Excel

· Good typing and keyboard skills

· Ability to be versatile in working with changing priorities and position responsibilities.

· Ability to make evaluations, reach conclusions, and solve problems based on subjective or objective information, knowledge, and experience.

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

· Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.

· Professional personal appearance. Ability to work well with customers and other employees.

· Will train on dealer computer systems.

This role is M-F 8:30-6pm in our Fort Worth office and the pay range is $20-22
