The Warranty Recovery Specialist plays a critical role in developing and strengthening leadership capabilities while delivering measurable business results. Through supplier negotiation, issue resolution, and decision-making, incumbents build core leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, accountability, stakeholder influence, and risk management.
