As a Warranty Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing warranty claims, supporting product quality initiatives, and partnering with internal teams and service providers to ensure timely resolutions. This position combines customer service, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in our warranty processes.
Major Responsibilities:
Review and process warranty claims, returned parts, and warranty campaign activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Partner with Quality and Service teams to manage part returns, warranty campaigns, and claim resolutions.
Evaluate warranty claims, verify eligibility, and ensure adherence to warranty terms and conditions.
Communicate with customers, dealers, and service centers to gather information, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, campaigns, and returned parts while ensuring regulatory and company compliance.
Identify recurring product issues and recommend process and product improvements to enhance quality, reliability, and the customer experience.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma
Previous experience in customer service
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Proven experience in a warranty-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Strong Microsoft excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for assessing warranty claims.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Previous experience in warranty management or a related field
Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
