You are responsible for the inspection and diagnosis of complete engines as well as individual components and small parts, in active collaboration with your assembly colleagues
You analyze fault patterns, identify their root causes, and present them in a clear and comprehensible manner
You carry out effectiveness tests on product-improved components and/or assemblies
You are responsible for initiating and maintaining relevant data in internal Liebherrr systems and for processing supplier complaints
You prepare comprehensive technical reports in the event of damage cases
You participate in internal and external meetings and provide technical support (e.g., Customer Service, Supplier Management, Research & Development)
You provide technical support to Customer Service account managers and offer decision-making guidance in the processing of warranty claims
You provide technical support to technical departments (e.g., Quality, Development) within the framework of product improvement processes
You are responsible for the timely completion of your investigations and for meeting specified deadlines
You have completed vocational training (EFZ/CFC) as a mechanic or mechatronics technician in the fields of automotive, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery, as well as additional training as a diagnostic technician and/or technical specialist
You have several years of professional experience and a strong affinity for diagnostics and root cause analysis
You have experience working in a company with an international environment and matrix organization, or you are willing to acquire this experience
You have very good German and very good English language skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
You have good knowledge of MS Office applications
You are characterized by reliability and a strong sense of responsibility. You demonstrate a high level of endurance, concentration, and teamwork skills. You are willing to take initiative and work independently
