About the Role

Volkswagen Group Ireland is seeking a Warranty & Customer Care Manager to support the operational delivery of our Warranty and Customer Care functions across all brands. This role plays a key part in ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience, alongside effective management of warranty processes, customer care operations, and service delivery standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of Customer Care operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries, complaints, and goodwill cases
  • Oversee warranty processes, ensuring compliance with factory standards and effective cost control
  • Ensure Retailer efficiency, process and recoverables are on a sustainable level
  • Monitor warranty performance, including claims validation, reporting and audit readiness
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate mobility and roadside assistance services, supporting dealers and customers
  • Support delivery of operational reporting and KPIs including customer satisfaction and warranty metrics
  • Act as a key interface across brands, dealer network, factory stakeholders and internal teams


About You

  • Automotive Retail and Distributor/Importer working Experience
  • Experience within Aftersales, Warranty, Customer Care, or Service Operations
  • Strong understanding of customer service delivery and operational processes
  • Experience managing or working with external service providers and SLAs
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a multi-brand environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Proven track record with process optimisation, cost control and sustainable actions for Retailer and HQ.
