We are looking for: Technical Writer/Editor - Warranty Coordinator
You’ll make an impact by:
· Maintain the warranty project database, ensuring accurate tracking of upcoming projects transitioning into the warranty phase for both the CoC Warranty Team and CS HQ/RC. Regularly update planned completion dates, warranty start and end dates, project statuses, and other key project information.
· Create and maintain third-party vendor products within the ISP database. Collect required information from project teams and ensure timely and accurate upload of data during project handover to the warranty organization.
· Verify that all project assets are properly registered in the ISP database prior to the commencement of the warranty period, ensuring complete asset visibility and traceability.
· Coordinate and support the preparation and handover of project documentation to Customer Service (CS), ensuring compliance with Siemens internal processes and handover requirements.
· Provide administrative and operational support for warranty-related procurement activities, including the timely creation and tracking of Purchase Order (PO) requests for replacement components and other team requirements. Ensure adherence to approval workflows, documentation standards, and archiving procedures.
· Monitor and follow up on open procurement requests and PO statuses to support uninterrupted warranty operations and timely issue resolution.
· Maintain warranty team performance dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring reporting accuracy and keeping the team SharePoint site current and well-organized.
